The resulting artworks belong to the artists and contribute to their body of work. Audemars Piguet’s patronage resonates with the artisan community that the Manufacture has supported and grown in the Vallée de Joux in Switzerland, where the company has been rooted since 1875. Today, Audemars Piguet remains the oldest fine watchmaker still in the hands of its founding families.

Its 19th century building located in the heart of the Marais has been redesigned by OMA - Rem Koolhaas’s agency, to create a unique production and exhibition space. New works by international art, fashion and design practitioners will be produced and exhibited within its walls.

BMW

BMW

The BMW Group has been involved in hundreds of cultural initiatives worldwide for over half a century in the fields of art, music & sound, architecture as well as design. BMW has partnered with Art Basel for over 15 years, enriching the experience with initiatives from their cultural engagement as well as providing mobility service for VIP guests.

At the Paris+ par Art Basel show 2022, BMW presents the artwork of the BMW Art Journey winner Julien Creuzet, represented by High Art, Paris. Inspired by the production process of the new BMW 7 series, Creuzet worked with engineers and paint specialists from the BMW plant in Dingolfing on a new piece of artwork: ‘blue green sea bruise on the horizon’. The piece is rooted in the observation of ELVs (end-of-life vehicles) in Martinique – wrecks of cars abandoned on the roadside and reinvested by vegetation.

Maison Ruinart

Maison Ruinart

Founded in 1729, Maison Ruinart is the very first established champagne house. Since then, it has never stopped promoting its own art de vivre. Maison Ruinart expresses its commitment to art by commissioning artists, starting in 1896 when Alphonse Mucha created the Maison’s first artwork. Each year, artists receive carte blanche to express their vision of the Maison, to share its heritage, savoir-faire, and the excellence of its cuvées. This year, Danish artist Jeppe Hein imagined a participatory installation that appeals to the five senses and summons the four elements essential to champagne making. At Paris+ par Art Basel, there will be a Maison Ruinart Lounge, a Maison Ruinart bar with our emblematic cuvées.
